Redgrass Two Year Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to Redgrass desk lamps purchased directly from Redgrass or from authorized retailers.

This Limited Warranty is provided by Redgrass SA (“Redgrass”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).


How does this warranty relate to consumer protection laws?

This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.


What is covered?

Redgrass warrants that your Redgrass lamp will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use during the warranty period.

The warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase by the end-user customer and applies only when accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty arises during the warranty period, Redgrass may, at its discretion:

  • repair the product,
  • replace the product,
  • replace defective parts,
  • or provide an equivalent replacement solution.

Any replacement parts or replacement products provided under this Limited Warranty may become the property of Redgrass.


What is not covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality,
  • accidental damage,
  • misuse or improper maintenance,
  • unauthorized modifications or repairs,
  • use inconsistent with Redgrass guidelines or instructions,
  • damage caused by third-party accessories or components,
  • or products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.

Consumable or wear-related components are excluded unless defective upon delivery.


How to obtain warranty service

Before requesting warranty service, please review the FAQ and support resources available on our website.

If your issue is not resolved, please contact Redgrass through the support forms available on our website and include:

  • proof of purchase,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and photographs or videos where relevant.

Warranty service options

If your warranty request is accepted, Redgrass may provide support through one of the following options depending on the nature of the issue:

  • replacement parts or accessories,
  • product replacement,
  • repair guidance,
  • or return and replacement service.

For customers located in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and the European Union, Redgrass will generally cover the shipping costs associated with approved warranty claims, including return shipping where applicable.

For other regions, customers may be required to return products using tracked and insured shipping to the designated service location.

Once warranty service is completed, Redgrass will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.


Limitation of Warranty

Except as required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is the only commercial warranty provided by Redgrass for the covered products.

If any provision of this warranty is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
