Order Changes and Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it is not possible to modify the contents or add new items.
If you wish to cancel your existing order to place a new one, you can do so by clicking the ‘Cancel order’ button found in your confirmation email or via logging in to your Redgrass Creative account.
If you no longer have access to your confirmation email or your account, please use our Order Cancellation Form.
Please note that once an order has progressed to the processing stage, which is indicated by an order processing confirmation email, cancellation is often not possible, although we will always do our best to assist you.
