Changing Your Shipping Address

    Should you need to change your shipping address [due to an input error], please use the “Cancel order” button. This option is available in your order confirmation email or within your account, and will stop your order from being processed. As orders are processed automatically and our warehouse teams prioritize fast dispatch, this “cancel order” option is only available for a short time after you place your order.

    If you cannot find the “Cancel order” button, please complete the form below as soon as possible.

    We will attempt to update your order information swiftly, we cannot guarantee that changes to the information provided are always possible. Please note that any change to your shipping address will be confirmed in the dispatch confirmation email you receive.


    Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the destination address.

    If you have moved, we recommend the following options:

    • Set up a mail re-direct through your previous address’s postal service to forward all mail, including your parcel, to your new address.
    • Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email to see if you can redirect your parcel using the postal service/courier’s App or website*.

    *Please note that the above options are not available in all countries.


    If delivery is unsuccessful:

    • In some cases, the parcel may be left at your local postal office and you may be able to collect it by providing proof of address.
    • If a parcel is “undelivered”, it will be returned to the dispatching warehouse. Once receipt of this return is confirmed, we will automatically process a refund for you.
