Parcel not received but tracking shows as delivered

    We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel doesn’t arrive as expected. If your tracking says ‘Delivered’ but your order is missing, please try these steps:

    • Check your tracking details: Many couriers now provide a photo of exactly where the parcel was left. Look for a ‘Photo Proof of Delivery’ or GPS coordinates in your tracking link.
    • Check for a ‘Safeplace’: Couriers often look for a secure spot to leave your parcel, such as in a porch, a mailbox, or behind a planter. Also, check with neighbors who may have taken it in for you.
    • Allow 48 hours: In rare cases, a courier may log a parcel as delivered automatically but actually return the following day to attempt delivery again. We kindly ask that you wait 48 hours from the ‘delivered’ notification before reaching out to us.

    Still no sign of your parcel? If your order hasn’t appeared after 48 hours, please let us know. While our carriers handle the physical transport, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can conduct a thorough investigation with the courier on your behalf.
