Creating a retail account
If you are a “Bricks and Mortar” retailer and would like to carry our products in your store, please visit Retailer Registration to apply for an account.
Important points:
Remember to provide a valid VAT number if you are trading in the EU or UK
It helps to use the email address that will also be used when placing orders with us. PLEASE check your addresses are correct. We suggest that you do not use a personal email for your Redgrass Account.
The name on the account should be the business owner, finance director or purchasing manager
Please ensure you provide a working URL for your store. If your website is not yet live we may not be able to accept your application
Payment
We use STRIPE to process all card transactions and this is the recommended payment method. Alternative payment options may be available but will take longer to process and therefore increase the amount of time before dispatch.
Payment must be received in full before any order can be processed. We do not offer credit or payment on account.
Application
Once you have registered we will review your application and may request additional information from you before approving.
After your application has been approved a welcome email will be sent to the address provided with details of how to login and use your Redgrass Games Account.
