Tracking an order

All orders are shipped via Tracked delivery. Once your parcel is dispatched from one of our warehouses, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for the service used.
Kindly allow a period of up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be integrated into your country’s domestic postal service. We do recommend subscribing to notifications on the tracking website to ensure that all updates are received promptly. Alternatively, create an account with that courier via their own App.
For our EU customers, your initial tracking information will be provided through DHL or Asendia. You can use the same tracking number on your country’s postal service website. There, you will find information regarding the estimated delivery date and when your parcel is out for delivery.
