So far so good, Previous foams i have use have become moldy after forgetting to dry them out.
I forgot about this one and then after about four days i remembered and quickly checked.
No Mold! so i dried it off and it is good to go for the next session.

I have used my previous foam for a couple of months, but then forgot my wet palette (closed, with paints and water) about two weeks on my desk. It got moldy, but I don’t blame the foam for this (its just nature)! It holds the water good and makes it possible, that I can use my paints over a long amount of time. Going to test out the new foam for heavy body acrylics, soon!

Great wet pallet sponge. Lasts for a long time, although I do get mold in eventually!

While you could go days without painting using this, I recommend you don’t do that to prevent mold from forming on the paper you are using. Follow basic cleanliness, wash and let the sponge dry out if you’re not going to be painting for a while. You’ll save the sponge and paper from mold growth. While copper bits helps stave off mold, best not to let it lie regardless.
