Traditional CRI measures are limited, evaluating only 8 of 15 colors and often missing crucial hues like red, yellow, and skin tones.
The Redgrass R9, however, excels with its Advanced LEDs, achieving a remarkable 97+ score on the Rg test (the modern TM30-20 standard, which evaluates 99 reference colors), ensuring every color is vividly represented.

Featuring two unique, independently rotating light bars and 60° optical lenses, this lamp allows you to eliminate shadows, focus light for detailed dental restoration work, or add ambient lighting to your workspace, all with a single lamp.
This lighting system consists of two light bars, each containing 48 high-quality LEDs, for a total of 96 LEDs.
The lighting produces a powerful 1800 lumens of light, which is concentrated by precision lenses to achieve an impressive illuminance of 3700 lux at a distance of 45 cm or 18 inches.
This results in a bright and highly focused beam that is perfect for laboratory or dental restorations work.
Our custom-made lenses focus light into a 60° cone, enabling precise light shaping. They do not shift the colour temperature or reduce the power output. Instead, they enhance the LUX where it is most needed and reduce glare for the user.

I’ve finally managed to eliminate shadows on my miniatures; I can now clearly see painting flaws and uneven shading. The lamp completely changed how I perceive colors – before, I was relying on overhead lighting. The build quality and metal construction inspire confidence; I use the same workspace for both my PC and my hobbies, and it’s incredibly convenient to be able to flip the lamp up in one quick motion without worrying about it toppling over. The flexible arm makes it easy to adjust the light to the perfect angle. They even included a British plug adapter for Cyprus, which was a pleasant surprise.
Realy expensive, but realy good. It’s a Bifl-Buy, buy it for life.

This thing is a huge step up from the generic LED lamp I had before. The light output is amazing and very constant in a large area. Not only are the joints nice and stiff so that the whole thing stays in place without sagging, it’s also really easy to get to the joints’ main screws so that one can re-tighten them if that should become necessary.
It’s a lot of money to spend on a lamp, but in my opinion it’s worth every single Eurocent.
This arrived today and it is a very well designed piece of equipment. The light is powerful without being glaring and it has already helped with my hand painting.
Absolute godsend. Why did I make do with two old desk lamps with natural light bulbs, from the nineties for so long?
This is an excellent lamp. It’s built like a tank and the light is as close as it gets to actual sun light. The one button control for the amount of light is just excellent. Simple yet intuitive. Only thing I would like to see is a ball-head (simplified camera tripod one) on the last joint before the lamp. Somehow I just miss that one extra degree of freedom. Hopefully we will get something like that in the next iteration of this product. It’s limiting if you clamp the lamp opposite yourself. If you position it to the right or to the left side of the table you will not have those problems. Unfortunately I just can’t do that.
