7. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To improve delivery times and reduce customs-related delays, orders are generally fulfilled domestically within the customer’s region where possible, including:
- United States orders shipped from the United States,
- United Kingdom orders shipped from the United Kingdom,
- and European Union orders shipped from within the European Union.
Orders for other destinations may be fulfilled from the logistics location considered most operationally appropriate based on inventory availability, destination, and shipping conditions.
Fulfillment locations may vary depending on product availability and operational requirements.
Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon full payment of the order.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Returns & Refunds

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Redgrass’s total liability relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

All content available through Redgrass websites and services — including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, videos, designs, and trademarks — remains the property of Redgrass or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
