Official Rules for the Redgrass SA 30k Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to anyone who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

   • Employees of Redgrass SA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

   • Participants must subscribe to Redgrass SA and be active members at the time of the giveaway to be eligible.

   • No purchase is necessary to enter. A valid email address or account is required for participation.

3. Giveaway Period:

   • The giveaway period will run from 13 December 2024 to 23 December 2024. The winner will be randomly selected after the end date.

   • Redgrass SA reserves the right to extend or shorten the giveaway period at its discretion.

4. Prize Details:

   • One (1) Solo Desk Lamp and one (1) wet plaette will be awarded to one winner.

   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

   • Each participant is only eligible to win one prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

   • The winner will be notified via email or instagram within 7 days after the giveaway ends. The winner must respond within 15 days to claim the prize.

   • If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, Redgrass SA reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prize Delivery:

   • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost. The winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

   • Delivery times may vary based on location. Redgrass SA is not responsible for any delays due to customs or shipping issues.

7. General Conditions:

   • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Redgrass SA, which are final and binding.

   • Redgrass SA reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these rules, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or using automated systems to enter.
