Marketing Assistant – Creator Management (Miniature Painting)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Assistant focused on creator management within the miniature painting space. Reporting to the Marketing Director, your main responsibility will be to manage day-to-day communication and coordination with painters and content creators.
This role is primarily about relationships, follow-up, and organization: writing emails, keeping track of ongoing collaborations, coordinating product samples and logistics, and making sure creators have what they need to deliver their content on time.
This is a hands-on assistant role focused on execution and follow-up, with clear guidance and priorities set by the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant, working under the supervision of the Marketing Director, you will:
Handle day-to-day communication with miniature painting creators, professional painters, events, painting classes, and content creators via email and messaging platforms
Engage creators, events, and painting classes following outreach plans and priorities defined by the Marketing Director, helping build awareness of Redgrass and support collaborations through product seeding and content creation
Maintain regular, clear, and friendly communication to support long-term relationships with creators
Assist with the coordination of creator collaborations, including outreach follow-ups, deadlines, and content delivery tracking
Coordinate internal product orders, shipments, and event-related logistics for marketing purposes, ensuring samples and materials are prepared and delivered on time
Help onboard new creators by sharing information, guidelines, and campaign details provided by the Marketing Director
Ensure creators receive clear instructions, assets, and timelines as defined internally
Follow up with creators to support content production and help ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time
Keep internal tracking documents and spreadsheets up to date to monitor creator status, content progress, and deliverables
Act as a reliable point of contact for creators, answering routine questions and relaying information internally when needed
Provide organizational and administrative support to the Marketing Director for creator and marketing programs
Education and Certifications
One or more of the following is preferred but not mandatory:
Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in a coordination, assistant, or account management role
Relevant digital marketing or social media certifications

We are looking for a customer service specialist to assist with our Business-to-Customer and Business-to-Business operations.
It’s a permanent position. Formal UK Employment. Hours per week are between 30 and full time, to be agreed. It is a remote working role and you should be based in the UK: you need to have a reliable broadband connection, a laptop will be provided.
Job description:
By working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor and Directeur général, you will:
- Manage your own support ticket workload on a daily basis, responding to all queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the CS Supervisor to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate with customers through emails and other channels.
- Process forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep track of customer interactions, transactions, orders, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues where necessary (sales, PR, warehouse, etc.)
- Assist in our customer service performance reporting processes
- Provide support and annual leave cover for retail support staff as and when required
Essential Skills/Experience (these are a requirement for any applicant):
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the past 5 years.
- Native English speaker or excellent knowledge of English as a second language.
- Competent reading and writing in English; able to adapt the tone and the style of the message according to the medium used.
- Be able to communicate effectively via email, instant messaging and able to use video calling for team collaboration and interaction.
Desirable Skills/Experience (whilst not a requirement, providing evidence of these will be beneficial in your application) :
- Remote working customer service experience
- Recent employment in the field of customer service
- Knowledge of Redgrass Games products
- Interested in miniature painting
- Interested in board games and/or art painting
- Knowledge/experience of managing Social Media accounts
- Knowledge/experience of WordPress
- Knowledge/experience of Google Workspace (Gmail especially)
- Knowledge/experience of Gmelius (Gmail Plugin)
- Knowledge/experience of Business to Business communication and transaction handling
- Knowledge/experience of order processing and warehouse fulfilment processes
