We utilize a global network of fulfillment centers to ensure your order reaches you as efficiently as possible.
Regional Shipping Details #
Europe (Excl. UK): Orders ship from our warehouse in Germany. We primarily use Deutsche Post, which transfers into your local domestic postal service for final delivery. You can use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email on your national postal website.
United Kingdom & Northern Ireland (inc. Isle of Man): Orders ship from our warehouse in Bristol. We use Evri or Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Please note that for some small items, we use a ‘Delivery Confirmation’ service which only updates once the parcel has been successfully delivered.
United States & Canada: Orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. We utilize a range of couriers including USPS, Amazon, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and order size. Free shipping is available based on order content, though transit times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer.
Rest of the World: Orders ship from our warehouse in Germany. We use tracked international services that transfer into your local domestic service, or premium courier services for high-value items. R9 Lamps are shipped via DHL Express for maximum security.
The Shipping Process #
Processing: Once payment is confirmed, your order is sent to the relevant fulfillment center. You will receive an automated email letting you know your order is ‘being processed’.
Dispatch: When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your tracking details.
Delivery: While we do not provide a guaranteed delivery date, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely. In accordance with global consumer laws, please allow up to 30 days for your parcel to arrive .
Our Delivery Responsibility We take full responsibility for your order until it is in your physical possession . If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will investigate the cause and contact you to arrange a priority redelivery or a full refund.
