For those customers in Europe we ship from our warehouse in Germany, via Deutsche Post. This service will transfer into the domestic postal service of your own country. The tracking number our fulfilment centre emails to you on dispatch can be used on your own country’s domestic postal service website.
For our customers in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland we ship from our warehouse in Bristol. All orders are sent via Evri or Royal Mail 48hr Tracked post.
For our customers in the United States, we are currently shipping from Germany via DHL as standard Registered Airmail and into USPS (the tracking number provided can be used on USPS website here). R9 Lamps are shipped via DHL Express.
For our customers in Canada we are currently shipping from Germany via DHL or Asendia as standard Registered Airmail and into Canada Post (the tracking number provided can be used on Canada Post website here). R9 Lamps are shipped via DHL Express.
For those customers around the world, we will ship from Germany and may either use a Tracked Service that transfers into the domestic service of your country or courier service. R9 Lamps are shipped via DHL Express.
Once payment for your order has been processed, it will be passed across to our EU or UK fulfilment centre. You will receive an email to let you know “your order is being processed” when this happens.
After your order has been dispatched another email will be sent to confirm this and provide you with tracking. Please note that this email will come from either Aimplify or Huboo (if you are in the UK) not Redgrass.
Our tracked service ensures that your order will reach the address provided. If your parcel is lost or returned undelivered we will usually issue a refund. It is you responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct when placing your order. Please note that we do not guarantee a delivery date and you should allow up to 30 days from dispatch for your parcel to arrive.
