If you decide that your purchase is not right for you, you are welcome to return it us for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.

The product must be unused and in the original packaging unopened/undamaged.

For the UK and EU return postage is free – a return label will be organised for you.

Please contact our customer support team to arrange the return.

If you have had the item for more than 15 days (and less than 30) and it is unused, you are still welcome to return it but we will not be able to cover the postage cost
