Creating a retail account #
If you are a retailer and would like to carry our products in your store, please visit Retailer Registration to apply for an account.
Important points:
- Make sure you provide a valid VAT number if you are to trade in the EU or UK
- It helps to use an email address that will also be used when placing orders with us. PLEASE check your addresses are correct.
- The name on the account should be the business owner, finance director or purchasing manager
- Please ensure you provide a working URL for your store. If your website is not yet live we may not be able to accept your application
Payment #
We use STRIPE to process all card transactions. Alternative options may be available but will take longer to process.
Payment must be received in full before any order can be processed. We do not offer credit or payment on account.
Application #
Once you have registered we will review your application and may request additional information from you before approving.
After your application has been approved a welcome email will be sent to the address provided with details of how to login and use your Redgrass Games Account.
