30-Day Extended Return Window If you have had the item for more than 15 days but fewer than 30 days, you are still welcome to return it as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. In these cases, the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note on Consumables: To ensure product quality and for protection reasons, we cannot accept ‘change of mind’ returns for consumables (such as Reusable Membranes, Hydration Papers, Putty, and Foams) if the product’s internal packaging or protective seal has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is found to be faulty.
Refund Processing: Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected by our team, we will process your refund to your original payment method. In accordance with consumer laws, refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
