I bought the large caps for The Witcher: Old World – Legendary Hunt minis. The minis are quite large and fit perfectly on these caps.
These XL Caps allow you to attach bigger figurine bases using their putty and take advantage of the 360º rotation system.
Also allows you to attach RedGrass cork discs to it to hold metal stems for subassembly painting.

These have been great for painting my Aeldari Wraithguards. The wide base helps them stick firmly in place and the spinning feature of the handle really speeds up the process while being comfortable
Great for the larger items, but still can be used for smaller. I could see where those with big fingers would like the curve to spin over the smaller caps. Still knocking for price point for what you are getting, seem a bit high, but good product, does what its supposed to do and does work better than the smaller caps for the wider, 2-3″+ bases.
I’ve been using the handle for a few years, I didn’t know about these caps. It’s really great for bigger parts and it also works well for larger units.

These XL caps for the RGG360 Painting Handle are excellent. I find the flared top excellent and it allows my larger hands to grip and hold the painting handle.

After few months of use: these caps are just perfect.
I confirm that they fit for small and larger models and keep them well fixed on the painting handle.
So now I use them most of the time and have recycled my old normal sized caps with RGG pinning corks for my tiny sub-assembly works.
After using RGG360 painting handle, I purchased one set of this XL caps and I’m very pleased with them, are perfect for larger minis and normal ones.
The RGG handles are my favorite, and I’ve tried more options than my wallet cares to admit. These only reinforce its place as the best handle eco system out there.
These are just as great as the regularly sized ones, but styled differently with a fluted top to accommodate the base – I found this also helps as a thumb or finger rest for painting at times, which is great. I would just note that for the smaller base and figures, the extra width of the cap + the wide lip can get in the way, so these are perfect for about 32mm bases and up IMO, and definitely usable for 25-28, though I start to consider the smaller caps at that point.
