Before getting in touch, please check the following:
Is your order arriving in separate packages? We often split orders into multiple shipments to get items to you faster. Check your email for additional tracking numbers or log into [My Account] to see if some items are still in transit.
Check the packaging carefully: Smaller items can occasionally get tucked into the corners of the box or hidden beneath eco-friendly packing materials like tissue paper or void-fillers.
To help us investigate effectively with our carriers, we kindly ask that you report any missing items within 7 days of delivery.
Still missing an item? If you have verified that no further packages are due, please contact us [within 30 days of delivery]. To help us resolve this quickly, we kindly ask that you provide:
- Your Order Number.
- The name of the missing item.
- A clear photo of the outer shipping box and the shipping label.
Once received, our team will review our warehouse weight logs and CCTV to verify the shipment and arrange a replacement or refund for you immediately.
