If you have made a mistake inputting the shipping address, or moved address since ordering, please click on the “Cancel order” button. This can be found in your confirmation email or on your account, here you can input the correct address.

We will do our best to update your order information but we can not guarantee that this is always possible for an order that has been processed. Any change to your shipping address will be reflected in the dispatch email you receive.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will no longer be able to change the destination address. If you have moved, we strongly advise setting up a re-direct for your old address to forward all mail to your you new address.
Another option, is to use the tracking number provided VIA the dispatch email. You may be able to redirect your parcel via the website it links to. Please note that this service is not available in all countries. In some cases, parcels that are undelivered, maybe left at your local postal office. You may then be able pick it up if you can provide proof of address.
Alternatively, if undelivered the parcel will be returned to us and we will process a refund for you automatically after our fulfilment centre confirms receipt.
