If you wish to cancel your current order and place a new one, please click on the ‘Cancel order’ button at the bottom of your confirmation email or in your my account.
If you have already received an order processing confirmation email, we will do our best to help, however it is usually not possible to cancel an order at this stage.
Alternatively, you can use our Order Cancellation Form if you have lost your confirmation email or do not have access to your account.
We will do our best to help but it is sometimes not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed.
