Tracking an order

All orders are sent using Tracked delivery. When your order is dispatched an email is sent to you containing a tracking number linked to the service used to ship the parcel from one of our warehouses. This email comes from fulfillment@crowdpilot.com or from Huboo.com for customers in the UK. Sometimes these dispatch emails will end up in your spam folder.


Kindly allow a period of up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be integrated into your country’s domestic postal service. We do recommend subscribing to notifications on the tracking website to ensure that all updates are received promptly. Alternatively, create an account with that courier via their own App.

For our EU customers, your initial tracking information will be provided through DHL or Asendia. You can use the same tracking number on your country’s postal service website. There, you will find information regarding the estimated delivery date and when your parcel is out for delivery.

You can also input your order number (Found in your confirmation email) into the ‘Track my order‘ page on our website.
