What should I do? If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. To help us conduct a swift investigation and file a claim with our carrier, we kindly request that you report any damage within 3 days of receipt.

- Clear photos of the damaged item.
- Clear photos of the outer shipping box (showing the label and the impact area).
Our Commitment to You: While we appreciate early notification to help with our carrier claims, your statutory rights remain fully protected. Under consumer law, you have 30 days from delivery to reject an item that is not in satisfactory condition. Once we have reviewed your photos, we will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund.
