If your order is lost in transit

While most of our international shipments arrive on time, parcels can occasionally experience delays while moving through global postal networks or clearing customs.

When should I be concerned?

Domestic (US/UK/EU): If your order has not arrived within 7 days of your estimated delivery date.

Rest of World: If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your estimated delivery date.

Our Process for Delayed Parcels: If your tracking has not updated for several days, please let us know. While we take full responsibility for your order reaching you safely, we often have to wait for the carrier’s ‘Search Window’ to close before we can officially declare a parcel lost and issue a replacement or (in exceptional situations) a refund.

For UK/EU/US: We can initiate a formal ‘Lost Parcel Investigation’ once 15 days have passed since dispatch.

International: Investigations for the rest of the world can be opened after 30 days.

While we do not provide a guaranteed delivery date service, we are committed to fulfilling all orders without undue delay.
