We ship all orders via tracked or recorded services. While the vast majority of our shipments arrive on time, international transit can occasionally be affected by customs processing or seasonal carrier backlogs.
A Note on Tracking Types
Standard UK Delivery: Most small parcels sent within the UK use Delivery Confirmation. This service does not provide progress updates or an estimated delivery date; the tracking status will only update once the parcel has been successfully delivered.
Fully Tracked Delivery: If your service is fully tracked, you can follow your parcel’s progress via the link in your dispatch email.
When should I get in touch? We kindly ask that you allow a short ‘buffer’ period beyond your estimated delivery date to account for local postal fluctuations:
- UK, US, EU, and AUS: Please allow 7 days to pass after your estimated delivery date – which is provided by the courier tracking except for small parcels in the UK.
- Rest of World: Please allow 14 days to pass after your estimated delivery date – which will be provided by the courier tracking.
Our Delivery Commitment: We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your hands. If your tracking hasn’t updated within the timeframes above, please contact us at support@redgrasscreative.com. We will then initiate a formal inquiry with the carrier to locate your parcel.
Time-Sensitive Orders: We do not provide a guaranteed delivery date service, we ask that you place your order to allow plenty of time for delivery.
