We aim to process and dispatch most orders within one week of purchase.
Dispatch Notifications & Fulfillment Partners: When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your tracking number. To ensure these reach you, please add our fulfillment partners to your ‘Safe Senders’ list and check your junk folder:
- UK: Emails are sent from Redgrass SA. Orders are dispatched from Huboo Technologies.
- US and Canada: Emails are sent from Redgrass SA. Orders are dispatched from Fulfillrite NJ.
- Europe, Australia, NZ & Global: Dispatch emails are sent from fulfillment@crowdpilot.com and orders are shipped from Aimplify in Germany.
Items Awaiting Restock: If an item in your order is currently awaiting restock, dispatch will take longer.
We are committed to transparency: if your order is delayed beyond our standard window, we will contact you via email to provide a revised shipping estimate. In accordance with global consumer laws, if we cannot fulfill your order within 30 days, we will offer you the choice to either wait for the new date or receive an immediate full refund.
